Hi Mark After receiving Ruth's message about your illness, I was pleased to get the email from Tim with updates. Not pleased however that you are still so poorly and still no nearer a diagnosis. All of us here at Hucclecote, especially John, Eva and Geraldine send our very best wishes for a speedy recovery. I hope you will be home soon and able to rest and recuperate during the summer break. Looking forward to hearing better news very soon. Lovely to see pics of your family on the blog site (my grandson wll be one year old on Thursday!)
Hi Mark. Heard today that you'd been moved out of intensive care.Great news. Have been praying lots for you. Will be meeting on Thursday to pray with Mark Lockett and you'll be at the centre of our thoughts. God bless. Tom.
It is so good to be able to check up how you are each day. There is nothing worse than receiving news about someone being ill, then not knowing what is happening and not wanting to bother relatives for news. I think I speak for everyone else who loves you lots when I say that it is great to be able to read about your gradual improvement. We will all be praying against the bugs floating around (maggots! They're supposed to get rid of it!). And Ruth, I wish I could offer some kind of practical help, but being in Sheffield with my own brood doesn't make that very easy! I just want you to know that we're all thinking of you constantly and praying for Mark's recovery.
Lots of love from Jessica, Yury, Lucia, Rafa and Gabriel xxxxx
Mark is now at home. I know that for the moment this blog is still the best way to keep up to date on his progress and post your notes of encouragement the them both.
