i am really touched to read all the posts for mark and ruth from both near and far.
i'm cautious to post encouraging news as things change so fast but... ruth texted me this morning to say that mark was feeling quite a lot better. i must be optimistic and say that this is really good news. no idea about diagnosis but maybe mark is fighting it to the extent that he is winning - can you tell that i am not a doctor?! i feel like a cheer-leader :) 'go markee'!

Best wishes, and love to Mark and the family
Giles
I only discovered last week that he’d been ill for such a long time. I know that one or tow other folk on the staff here at Trinity had been aware of it and had been visiting him, but I was only informed myself the other day. I can’t believe how quickly people can deteriorate. How awful it must have been for Mark and the family over the past few weeks.
Do pass on our love and our prayers and hopefully I’ll pop in in the very near future.
In the meantime, with all that’s good,
Mark Bailey
